Delivery Information


Delivery Policy

We use an established national carrier to ensure that your order will reach you in perfect condition. It is a 48 hour service, however the majority of orders are delivered during the next working day. In any event please allow up to five working days.
We will not process your payment until your order is ready for dispatch.
If we need to ship an item direct from a Manufacturer your transaction paperwork will be sent to you under seperate cover.
For security reasons, you will need to sign for your order so please make provision for this. In the event of a parcel being returned to us due to non-delivery any subsequent attempt to re-deliver may be chargeable.
We also use Royal Mail for deliveries of smaller items.
Late Delivery
If you have not received your order within five working days please contact us. By telephone on 0800 731 9077 during office hours or email. Please give us as much information as you can to help us resolve the problem.

Delivery Costs

For orders with a net value of £50.00 or more, delivery is free to the majority of the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight. For orders with a net value below this amount, a delivery charge of £5.00 will be applied.

Regional Exceptions:-
  • The Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland - £10.00
  • The Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man & The Channel Islands - £20.00

  • If you reside in these areas we will contact you to confirm the extra charge before your order is processed.
    (All prices exclude V.A.T.)

    Some items may also be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually for items weighing over 20Kg. We will contact you and advise you of these charges before your order is processed.

    Returns & Refunds

    Returns:-
    Please inform us immediately and then return the unwanted items to us within 14 days at your own expense. Providing that it is unused and in the, undamaged, original packaging a full refund will be made.

    Warranty Claims:-
    If you require to make a claim under a manufacturers warranty, please contact us or the manufacturer of the item. In most cases we will be able to deal with the problem quickly for you. Warranty terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

    Damaged items:-
    In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us. By telephone on 0800 731 9077 during office hours or email.

    Cancellations:-
    If you have placed an order in error and wish to cancel it, please contact us by telephone on 0800 731 9077 as soon as possible. Your request will be dealt with immediately.
