Terms & Conditions

In this document the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rex Crystal Fixings Limited. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the person or organisation to whom we supply goods and services. The term "contract" refers to your order for the sale or purchase of goods and services.

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into all Contracts unless specifically agreed in writing between you and us. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer as defined by the Sale of Goods Act 1977, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1994 & 1999 or of any statutory amendments of these Acts and Regulations. English Law shall apply to these Terms and Conditions. Your signed receipt for the goods or services will be conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without notice. Any changes will apply to contracts received after the date referred to at the top of this document.

Pricing and Payments.

Prices on our website are always shown excluding V.A.T. which is standard practice in our industry. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product description displayed on our website or advertising material, mistakes and errors occur. In this event, your order will be suspended and we will contact you to discuss the options. If we are unable to contact you the order will be treated as cancelled. We reserve the right to change details and product specifications without notice.

By placing an order via our website you authorise us to take full payment using the credit/debit card details provided by you. We accept the major credit and debit cards in payment and these are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment will only be taken on the date of dispatch unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. Your payment details are secured by Secure Socket Layer 128 bit encryption.

Deliveries, Returns and Cancellations.

We only deliver to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, The Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands.

We will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet normal demand and items are supplied subject to availability. In the event of an 'out of stock' situation we will inform you of the delay. If, for reasons beyond our control, the delay exceeds 30 days your order will be deemed cancelled.

Delivery dates and times given by us are estimates only. We use an established national carrier and dispatch items using a 48 hour service, however, in the majority of cases they are delivered on the next working day. In any event please allow up to five working days.

For orders with a net value of £50.00 or more, delivery is free to the majority of the UK Mainland and the Isle of Wight. For orders with a net value below this amount, a delivery charge of £5.00 will be applied.

Regional Exceptions:-
  • The Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland - £10.00
  • The Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man & The Channel Islands - £20.00

  • If you reside in these areas we will contact you to confirm the extra charge before your order is processed. (All prices exclude V.A.T.)

    Some items may also be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually for items weighing over 20Kg. We will contact you and advise you of these charges before your order is processed. If you need further information about our delivery charges please call us free on 0800 731 9077 during office hours.

    All deliveries must be signed for. Please make all arrangements necessary to take delivery. You should check the delivery immediately. If there is a discrepancy or an item is damaged you must let us know within 7 days.

    You may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch. You may cancel an order for any reason within fourteen days after delivery. To do this you must inform us and return the goods to us at your expense. When we have received the goods, assuming that you have taken reasonable care of them and that they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund.

    Should you require to claim under the terms of a manufacturers warranty for an item you have previously purchased from us, please call us on 0800 731 9077 during office hours and we will deal with the situation as quickly as possible.
